Counter Notification – Restoration of Material
If you’ve received a takedown notice due to copyright infringement, you can send a counter notification to have the material restored. The notification should include:
- Your signature.
- A description of the taken-down material and its original location.
- A statement that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction.

Repeat Infringer Policy
